Q:Where is your factory?
A:
Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory!
Q:What is your warranty for the CTPs?
A:
Three years' warranty including all parts, One year for the Processor. Our lifetime warranty is a policy for end user customer who buy machine from us directly and use our plate meanwhile. We will offer lifetime warranty for him until the machine is too old to run any more. That is 10-15 years. It aims to save the customer's cost on maintaining the machine.

Usually 10-30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.
