Q:What is your warranty for the CTPs?

We provide a three-year warranty including all parts for CTP machines, and a one-year warranty for the Processor.

Usually 20-30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.

Q:Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

It is a policy for end user customer who buy machine from us directly and use our plate meanwhile. We will offer lifetime warranty for him until the machine is too old to run any more. That is 10-15 years. It aims to save the customer's cost on maintaining the machine.
