There are 3 pcs of separate UV lamps,each lifetime is about 1000 hours. The LED UV is optional(according to our experience, the LED cost higher UV varnish,and not easy for maintenance).

What substrates are compatible?

Substrate : 80-500gsm paper sheet.

How is coating thickness controlled and what is the range?

Rubber roller is suitable for different varnish thickness,varnish volume can be adjusted by the pressure between the rollers and metering of speed. It can do the varnish thickness up to 7g/m2. . Different lines of anilox roller for different varnish thickness: 180 L/Inch for 6g/m2, 220 L/Inch for 4g/m2.
