AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a sportswear manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, offering broad customization from designs and samples, flexible options, and OEM services for well-known brands. It operates three production lines, reports 6–10 years of R&D engineer experience, 11–20 quality-control staff, and exports to multiple global regions, with exports representing 90% of total sales. Off-season lead time is reported as within 15 workdays in one record, while another states one month for both peak and off-season. Key limitations include no available SDK, no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, no offline trade-show participation, no written corrective/preventive-action or complaint-handling procedures, and no continuous quantity reconciliation for production batches. Certification, documented customer cases, and verified financial strength are not sufficiently evidenced.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a clothing manufacturer and wholesaler/retailer whose offered product scope is sportswear. Its Dongguan factory, three production lines, global export markets, and 90% export-sales share support classification as an export-oriented sportswear manufacturer.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has relevant service records and lists 15 qualified service-capability suppliers, but it has no written corrective/preventive-action procedures or records and no written customer-complaint handling procedures. It also lacks overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, and branches, limiting documented after-sales infrastructure.

Production capacityThe supplier operates three production lines, has 11–20 quality-control staff, exports to broad global markets, and reports off-season lead time within 15 workdays in one record. However, it does not continuously reconcile quantities for each batch or mass production, while another record reports one-month peak and off-season lead times, creating a delivery-data inconsistency.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides OEM services for well-known brands and supports customization from designs, samples, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its company description also cites broad fabric and color selection and accessible MOQs, directly supporting strong customization capability.
