Why can't I order directly from your store?

We are usually unable to provide accurate logistics prices for your country. Please contact us for specific shipping details.

Can distributors cooperate with your battery warehouse long-term?

Yes, individual pricing for large scale projects and wholesale demands is available.

Why hasn't my UPS or Fedex tracking number been updated?

Due to strict transportation terms for high-power batteries, we use special sea/land transport. Tracking updates only after goods arrive at your country's customs.

Product Q&A

Q:Does the battery include BusBar connector and screws?

This depends on whether you ordered the copper busbars separately. We have high-quality copper busbars available; please inquire.

Q:Are the cells balanced before delivery?

We match and balance all cells to ensure that the internal resistance, voltage and capacity of cells are completely matched and balanced before delivery.

Q:What is the life expectancy of the LiFePO4 cell?

The typical estimated life is 5-15 years, or 2000 to 8000 cycles. One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again.

Q:Can I use a normal solar controller for my LiFePO4 battery with PCB?

We recommend using a LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Lead Acid controllers provide pulse current which might damage the PCB over time.

Q:Do you support product customization?

Yes, we support product customization including logo, appearance, and accessories. These have different MOQ limits.
