Why hasn't my UPS or FedEx tracking number been updated?

What is the return policy for batteries?

Batteries can only be returned if unused (electrode intact, no welding, no wear). Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Returns are not accepted after assembly or if damage is caused by improper use.

This depends on whether you ordered the copper busbars separately. We have high-quality copper busbars available; please inquire.

Q:Are the cells balanced before delivery?

We will match and balance all cells to ensure that the internal resistance, voltage and capacity of cells are completely matched and balanced before delivery.

Q:What is the life expectancy of the LiFePO4 cell?

The typical estimated life of the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is 5-15 years, or 2000 to 8000 cycles.

Q:Can I use a normal solar controller for charging?

We recommend using a LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Lead Acid controllers may damage the PCB, so the PCB won't be able to protect the battery.

Q:Do you support customization?

Yes, we support product customization. This includes, but is not limited to, different customization requirements such as logo, appearance, and accessories.
