Generally, we pack our goods in wooden lattice case or plywood case. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What if the machine is not working well?

There are two options: We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair (travel and labor costs on your side), or provide online service. If still under guarantee, necessary parts will be provided free, but transportation costs shall be on your side.
