Generally, we pack goods in wooden lattice case or plywood case. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack in your branded boxes with authorization.

What if the machine is not working well?

We can appoint an engineer to debug and repair (client covers travel and labor costs) or provide online service. If under guarantee, parts are free but transportation costs are on the client.
