How is the unit price calculated?

Price is calculated per square meter, including main steel frame, purlins, roof & wall steel sheets and full set of bolts. It is based on standard Q355B painted finish. Extra cost for hot-dip galvanizing, thicker steel and crane beams. Structural drawings are charged separately.

What factors affect the final quotation?

Accepted Answer

Wider span brings lower unit cost. Wind load, snow load, insulation and doors & windows will adjust the price. Detailed quotation will be provided after you submit site information, no hidden charges.

Can I get free samples for quality check?

Accepted Answer

No free samples. Material and processing cost shall be charged. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order payment. Shipping cost is on buyers account.

How are goods packed and shipped?

Accepted Answer

All steel components are loaded into standard 40GP container as bulk cargo. The container dimension is 1203a235a239cm with max load 26000kg. Container houses use separate tarpaulin packaging.

Whats the MOQ? Can I buy small quantity parts?

Accepted Answer

MOQ is 200 sqm for full warehouse frame. Separate purlins and bolts are available for small orders. Main bearing steel frames are not sold separately.

What is your production lead time?

Accepted Answer

1000 sqm: 12 days; 1000-3000 sqm: 18 days; 3000-8000 sqm: 28 days. Negotiable lead time for orders over 8000 sqm.

Can I get rush production? Any extra fee?

Rush order is available with 3-7 days shorter lead time, extra rush processing fee applies. Confirm cost before order.

What international standards do your products comply with?

Manufactured per AISC standard, certified with EN1090 & ISO3834. Material test reports and factory inspection certificates can be supplied for overseas inspection.

Can you provide structural drawings? Are they free?

Drawings are not free, design fee is required. Drawings can be adjusted to meet local load codes for third-party inspection.

Do you provide overseas installation service?

Accepted Answer

No on-site overseas construction service. Simplified assembly guide is attached to goods, online technical support available. Local installation teams can be recommended if needed.

What is the anti-corrosion warranty period?

5 years for standard paint coating; 15 years for hot-dip galvanizing, recommended for coastal high-salt environment.

Can I customize span, height and load capacity?

Standard spans listed on page, full customization on eave height, column spacing and crane load. Separate charge for design drawing and custom sample.
