We hold Class A professional design qualification and Grade 1 construction qualification for steel structures. We are certified with ISO9001, CE and AISC. Material certificates and weld inspection reports can be provided upon request. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV are acceptable, complying with project standards in Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions.

Which countries do you mainly export to? Do you have overseas project references?

Our products have long been exported to Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Australia, North America and other regions. We have delivered numerous completed steel structure projects including warehouses, factories, breeding sheds and airport supporting facilities. We are familiar with local codes for wind load, snow load and seismic resistance.

What anti-corrosion solutions are available? Which one is recommended for humid coastal areas?

Accepted Answer

Two mainstream options: Shot blasting + multi-layer paint coating;Hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is preferred for coastal high-salt and humid environments for longer anti-rust service life.

Question 4

What is the service life of the building? What is the structural warranty period?

Accepted Answer

The main steel structure is designed for a service life of 50 years and can serve for a long time under regular maintenance. The main frame carries a 50-year warranty. Warranty terms for anti-corrosion coatings and wall & roof panels are specified according to the adopted technical scheme.

Question 5

Can you provide samples? What do sample sets contain?

Accepted Answer

Sample kits are available, including steel section specimens, connection plates and high-strength bolts. Samples are only for material and workmanship inspection and cannot be used for construction. Buyer bears sample freight. Sample fee can be deducted from future bulk orders upon negotiation.

How long will you take to issue formal quotation after receiving drawings?

Accepted Answer

We will provide a detailed itemized quotation within 3 working days after receiving complete information including dimensions, load requirements, project location country and anti-corrosion requirements.

What is the safe loading weight limit for each container?

Accepted Answer

Safe maximum cargo gross weight: 20GP <=23,000kg; 40GP/40HQ <=26,000kg; 40FR flat rack <=34,000kg.

How are steel components packed? Will they get rusty during ocean transportation?

Accepted Answer

Steel components are bundled and fixed with protective pads at contact surfaces. Small fittings are packed in wooden cases. All components are properly treated against corrosion, with anti-rust protective film on friction areas, suitable for long-distance sea transportation.

Can you send engineers to overseas sites to guide installation?

Accepted Answer

We can assign technical engineers for on-site guidance. Buyer shall cover all expenses including international air tickets, local accommodation, transportation, visa and service allowance. Most standard warehouses can be erected independently by buyers with our drawings and after-sales support.

What if some fittings are missing when goods arrive at destination port?

Accepted Answer

We will carefully check and verify the packing list before shipment. If any parts are missing, we will arrange express delivery for supplementary parts promptly to help solve on-site construction issues.

Question 11

What if components are damaged or lost during transit?

Accepted Answer

Multiple rounds of stocktaking and photo recording are conducted before shipment. In case of damage or shortage, please send photos to us promptly. We will confirm liability within 24 hours. Damaged parts will be remade free of charge, missing parts will be re-supplied free of charge via international courier within 3-5 working days without delaying overall installation progress.

Do you offer multilingual service? What languages are used for drawings and manuals?

Accepted Answer

Our international sales team provides English service. Drawings, calculation reports and installation manuals are normally issued in Chinese & English bilingual versions. Translation service can be negotiated for other languages such as French, Spanish and Arabic, and core documents can be certified by third-party translation institutions.

Does steel building require maintenance? How often?

Accepted Answer

Compared with concrete buildings, steel structures require minimal maintenance. Under regular environment, we recommend checking coating condition every 5-8 years. Partial touch-up painting can be carried out if scratches occur. Hot-dip galvanized structures basically require no maintenance. The only regular maintenance item is cleaning roof drainage gutters to avoid blockage by fallen leaves, which applies to all types of buildings.
