We are an original steel structure manufacturer equipped with complete CNC production lines. We independently complete the whole process including design, cutting, welding, anti-corrosion treatment and packing with no markup from middlemen. Customers are welcome to visit our factory.

What standard clear spans are available for steel warehouses? Can you make customized sizes?

Accepted Answer

Standard clear spans: 6m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 30m, 36m. Custom design is available for spans beyond the above dimensions. Eave height, roof slope and crane beam system can all be adjusted according to project requirements.

How is the price calculated? Is the unit price fixed?

Accepted Answer

The unit price varies depending on building area, span, eave height, load standard, anti-corrosion process and order area. Better unit price applies to large bulk orders; unit price will be higher for small trial orders.

What is the production and delivery lead time?

Accepted Answer

After drawing confirmation and raw material availability: Orders <=500 sq.m: 10 days; <=1000 sq.m: 14 days; <=3000 sq.m: 20 days. Lead time for customized irregular projects will be negotiated separately. We will inform you in advance during peak production seasons.

Can you provide design drawings free of charge? What drawing formats are available?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturing shop drawings for standard projects are provided free of charge. Custom design drawings for new non-standard schemes, irregular buildings or projects requiring local code compliance will be charged separately. Part of the design fee can be deducted after order confirmation. Drawings are available in CAD and Tekla formats, meeting drawing review requirements for CE and AISC projects.

Is a steel warehouse more expensive than concrete construction?

Accepted Answer

The initial unit price of steel structure may be slightly higher than concrete. However, comprehensively considered: foundation cost can be reduced by 25%-35% due to lighter self-weight; construction cycle shortened by over 50% (saving labor and management costs); higher usable space without internal columns; considerable residual value of recyclable steel at the end of service. The total life-cycle cost within 30 years is 35%-45% lower than concrete, with payback period generally 3-5 years.

What steel grades do you normally use? Can you adopt other material standards?

Accepted Answer

Our main steel materials are Q355B and Q235B H-beams. We can supply steel conforming to ASTM, EN European standards and Australian AS standards to meet design requirements for CE and AISC projects.

What is your minimum order quantity? Can you accept orders of 100 sq.m?

Accepted Answer

The platform MOQ is set as 1 sq.m, while practical production suggests orders >=100 sq.m. Small orders ranging from 100 sq.m to 500 sq.m are acceptable with separate negotiation on lead time and unit price.

What containers are used for shipment? What are the standard bundle dimensions?

Accepted Answer

We normally use 20GP, 40GP and 40HQ containers. 40FR flat rack containers are adopted for over-length members. Standard bundle sizes: Short members: 600*110*80cm; Standard long members: 1180*120*100cm; Fittings packed in separate wooden cases: 100*60*60cm.

How difficult is steel structure installation? What equipment is required?

Accepted Answer

Standard workshops adopt full bolted connection without on-site welding for easy erection. We supply complete installation drawings and guidance videos. Forklift and mobile crane are sufficient for construction. For projects with special loads or irregular structures, partial on-site welding is required. Clients can prepare welding equipment by themselves or discuss relevant welding solutions in advance.

Do your products need review by local engineers? What formalities are required?

Accepted Answer

Most countries require structural calculation reports to be reviewed and stamped by locally registered engineers before applying for building permits. We provide calculation reports and construction drawings complying with local codes, which can be reviewed by your local engineer or cooperative engineers recommended by us. The whole procedure normally takes 2-4 weeks.
