What steel grade is used for the main structure? Is it strong enough?

Main steel columns and beams adopt Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel with yield strength >=355MPa and tensile strength ranging from 470MPa to 630MPa. For large-span or heavy-load projects, key components can be upgraded to Q420 high-strength steel. All steel materials are sourced from top-tier steel mills such as Baosteel and Angang, with original mill test certificates provided.

Can your warehouse accommodate overhead traveling cranes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During structural design, we calculate the section of crane beams and corbel joints according to your specified crane capacity (5T-50T), and reserve brackets for crane running tracks. Retrofit installation is also available, but it is recommended to clarify requirements at the design stage to save modification costs.

How do you pack components? Will they get damaged during transportation?

Components are stacked layer by layer on steel pallets or fumigated wooden cases following installation sequence, tightly bound with steel strips, and equipped with rubber anti-abrasion pads on contact surfaces. Small hardware is packed in sealed independent wooden cases. Extra edge protection is applied for hot-dip galvanized components. The sea transportation damage rate is controlled below 0.5%.

How many square meters of warehouse components can be loaded into one container?

Accepted Answer

A 40HQ container can hold components for approximately 1,800-3,000 sq.m single-story warehouse. Actual loading capacity depends on span, height and section specifications. We provide free optimal loading plan to maximize container utilization and save your ocean freight.

Question 5

We do not have a professional installation team. Can we erect the building successfully?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Full bolted connections require no on-site welding or cutting. We provide remote technical support with 24-hour response to your inquiries.

Question 6

What if some fittings are missing during installation?

Accepted Answer

We carry out more than three independent stocktaking before shipment with photos kept for record, so missing parts rarely happen. If any shortage occurs, please provide photos and part numbers of missing items. We will confirm within 24 hours and arrange reshipment via international courier within 3 working days at our cost.

Can you provide architectural renderings?

Yes. We supply BIM 3D models and architectural renderings during detailed design phase. You can fully preview the internal & external appearance, spatial scale and functional zoning of the warehouse before formal production.

Question 9

What items are covered in the quotation?

Accepted Answer

Standard quotation covers material and fabrication costs of main steel structure, secondary purlins & bracings, wall & roof enclosure system, doors, windows, downpipes and full set of bolt fittings. It excludes foundation construction, on-site installation and ocean freight. If you require an all-in price, please specify during inquiry, and we can offer CIF or turnkey solutions.

Question 10

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard term: T/T remittance (30% advance payment + 70% balance before shipment). L/C letter of credit (sight or usance) can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients. Final payment terms shall be stipulated in the contract.

Our products can be supplied with CE certification (EN 1090-1), AISC certification, third-party test reports issued by SGS/Intertek, EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates and structural calculation reports signed by registered professional engineers.

Will it be extremely hot in summer and cold in winter?

With properly designed thermal insulation system, the comfort level of steel buildings is equivalent or even better than concrete buildings. We adopt the combination of rock wool/glass wool insulation, vapor barrier and inner lining panels for efficient thermal insulation, cooperating with ventilation louvers and daylighting panels to realize passive temperature adjustment. Air conditioning or HVAC systems can also be optionally equipped with the same effect as any modern building.

Will steel structures rust? How long can they stay rust-free?

This is a frequently raised question. Properly treated steel structures are highly resistant to rust. We implement anti-corrosion system in accordance with ISO 12944. Hot-dip galvanizing solution stays rust-free for 20-30 years under C3-C4 environment, and epoxy three-coat system lasts 15 years under C3 environment. The key lies in strict implementation of technical processes rather than the steel itself.

Can I start the project now? What information should I prepare?

Accepted Answer

Of course. You only need to provide the following information: project country and city, approximate site dimensions (length * width), required clear height (or crane capacity if applicable), intended usage (warehousing / production / office, etc.), approximate budget or expectation. Leave the rest work to us, and you can see the preliminary layout of your warehouse within 7 working days.
