Precision Control Electric Thermal Oil Heater for Textile Dyeing Machine

We use an advanced PID intelligent control system combined with high-precision sensors and solid-state relays to achieve precise temperature control within plus or minus 1 degree Celsius. It also supports RS485 communication interfaces and IoT modules, allowing seamless integration with your automated control loops.

The equipment optimizes the flow velocity inside the tube to maintain turbulent flow and eliminate localized hot spots. The heating elements are scientifically distributed to ensure uniform heating. We recommend keeping the operating temperature 20 degrees Celsius below the maximum allowable temperature of the thermal oil to prevent thermal degradation and extend the oil lifespan.

The system features multiple interlocking protection functions including over-temperature, over-pressure, low liquid level, and leakage protection. In case of a sudden power outage, a backup diesel generator can drive the circulation pump or a passive emergency cooling system can be activated to prevent dangerous overheating of stagnant thermal oil.

The first startup requires strict execution of the dehydration and exhaust procedure. The system must be slowly heated to 95 to 110 degrees Celsius and kept at this constant temperature until all volatile substances and water vapor are completely exhausted and the pressure stabilizes before gradually increasing to the set operating temperature.

The heat exchange tubes are made of high-quality 20G or 15CrMoG alloy steel to withstand high temperatures and potential acidic substances. All valves and flanges in contact with the thermal oil use high-pressure resistant cast steel components, and seals use high-temperature and oil-resistant to ensure long-term leak-free operation.
