Dual Heating Polyurethane Spray Machine for Polyurea and Foam

A polyurethane spray machine is a high-pressure spraying system designed to apply two-component polyurethane foam, polyurea coatings, or other plural-component materials. It precisely meters, heats, and mixes the two components (A: isocyanate, B: polyol/resin) and sprays them through a heated hose and spray gun. It is widely used for insulation, waterproofing, and protective coatings.

Polyurethane foam is typically used for insulation and expands after spraying, while polyurea is a fast-curing elastomer coating used for waterproofing and abrasion resistance. Our machines can spray both materials with the same equipment, but the operating temperature, pressure, and gun type may need to be adjusted. Some models are specially designed for polyurea with higher pressure and temperature capabilities.

Most polyurethane spray machines are designed for a fixed 1:1 mixing ratio by volume, which is standard for many polyurethane foam and polyurea systems. However, some models offer adjustable ratios (e.g., 1:1 to 3:1) for special formulations. Please tell us your material system, and we will recommend the correct machine configuration.

Most polyurethane spray machines are powered by electric motors (single-phase or three-phase), but pneumatic (air-powered) and hydraulic models are also available. Electric models with a total power of 10~25 kW are common. We can configure the electrical system to match your local voltage and frequency.
