Q:What is the service life of the saw blade?
A:
One saw blade can cut approximately 15-20 square meters (about 100 meters). The actual service life depends on the cutting material and frequency. Saw blades are consumables, we recommend customers prepare extra ones.
Q:What is the cutting efficiency?
A:
3-6 meters per hour. For example, cutting 50cm deep concrete is 2-3 meters per hour; cutting granite is 2-3 times faster.
Q:What is the difference between ordinary electric wall saw and high-frequency wall saw?
A:
The ordinary electric wall saw has low power of only 7KW with low efficiency. The high-frequency wall saw has high power of 17KW, with Italian imported motor on the saw head for high cutting efficiency. It also supports free switching between 220V and 380V, suitable for most countries and regions.
Q:In what situations can a wall saw be used?
A:
Wall saws are suitable for cutting high-difficulty, high-flatness objects, as they require fixed guide rails for cutting. For irregular stones or special-shaped objects, we recommend wire saws. For cutting depth over 75cm, wire saws are also recommended. Water cooling is suggested during cutting for better cooling and slag removal effect; customers can prepare their own water pipes.
