Water tank empty or low level: Check the water level and refill promptly to avoid dry-running pump damage. Air in the pump: Open the exhaust valve on top of the pump to purge air. Clogged filter or suction hose: Clean the inlet strainer and filter to remove debris. Leaking or loose pipe joints: Check all connections, use PTFE tape on loose fittings, and replace worn seals.

Clean the nozzle: Turn off power, remove the nozzle, and rinse with clean water or a soft brush do not poke with hard objects to avoid damaging the orifice. Clean the strainer: Also check and clean the filter at the water inlet-this is often the primary cause of blockage. Replace the nozzle: If the orifice is worn or cleaning doesn't work, replace it with a new one of the same model. Improve water quality: Install a fine mesh filter at the tank inlet and change water regularly.

Fan air inlet blocked: Check and clear leaves, dust, and debris from the air inlet to ensure proper air pressure. Insufficient pump pressure: Check if the pump impeller is worn or tangled; try adjusting the pressure relief valve. Nozzle wear: Orifice enlargement over time requires nozzle replacement. Low voltage or fan speed: Verify stable power supply and fan RPM.

Loose or broken control wires: Check the power and control cable connections to the rotation motor. Gear jamming or lack of lubrication: Clean debris from the gearbox and apply lubricating oil. Rotation motor failure: Press the rotation button and listen for motor sound. If silent, the motor may be burned out and needs replacement. Remote/control panel failure: Check for stuck or faulty buttons.

Power supply issues: Check the power cord, plug, and socket for good contact; verify the socket has power. Blown fuse: Open the control box and check the fuse. Replace with the same rating if blown do not use a larger one. Control switch or panel failure: Check if the button is stuck or the control panel is damaged.
