Q:How to clean the machine?

During normal construction, the feeding pumps are inserted into the raw material barrels to suck materials for spraying. To clean the equipment, insert the feeding pumps into the cleaning agent (methylene chloride). Start the machine normally (heating is not required), and spray out the cleaning agent. After cleaning, put the feeding pumps into 10# industrial white oil to thoroughly discharge the cleaning agent. The inside of the equipment shall be kept filled with white oil for long-term storag

Our machine is not equipped with a storage tank. It is fitted with feeding pumps, which can automatically feed materials when inserted into material barrels. Customers can buy material barrels locally, then place the feeding pumps into the barrels for use.
