Q:What is difference between vacuum flash peeling and ordinary steam peeling?

Ordinary steam peeler uses high-pressure steam directly with higher temperature. Vacuum flash peeler draws vacuum after heating, lower processing temperature, better protection for soft & heat-sensitive fruits.

Q:Does machine come with steam generator and vacuum pump? What external equipment is required?
