Gallium lamps provide a broader UV spectrum and deeper penetration than standard LED sources, making them ideal for curing thick coatings, high-viscosity UV glues, and opaque materials. While LED is more energy-efficient for thin layers, gallium lamps are preferred for applications requiring high-intensity, deep-section curing, such as sensor encapsulation, battery insulation, and thick ink printing.
Q:Does the conveyor system meet international photobiological safety standards for operator protection?

Yes. The EB-GR300-F complies with IEC62471, with the gallium lamp classified as Risk Group 3 (high hazard). To ensure safety, the system includes:

Q:Can the conveyor belt material and lamp height be customized for special products?
