Our company is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, approximately one and a half hours' drive from Xinzheng International Airport.

Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We are factory. We focus on cleanroom products, air shower, FFU, pass box, dispensing booth, Laminar air flow hood and bench, AHU, hermetic door & window.

Q:What is your lead time?

Following customization to your specifications, the standard lead time is 3-5 business days. If you require us to arrange shipping, the total delivery time will be estimated based on your location. For example, if the destination is New Jersey, USA, the shipping time by sea is 35 days. Including the manufacturing lead time, the total estimated delivery is approximately 45 days.

Q:How long is your warranty?

Our factory provides a 2-year warranty for your equipment. Within the warranty period, should you encounter any operational issues or non-human-induced damage to the machine, we will dispatch professional engineers to assist you in resolving the problem.

Q:Can you do cleanroom validation?

Yes, we can provide the documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT & SAT. Product operation manual, maintenance guidance and whole set clean room drawings.
