Production speed depends on cavity count and model type. A 4-cavity linear automatic machine produces 3,000-5,000 BPH (bottles per hour). A 6-cavity rotary model reaches 8,000-12,000 BPH. An 8-cavity high-speed rotary line can exceed 18,000 BPH, making it suitable for large-scale mineral water or carbonated drink bottling plants.

No - fully automatic from preform feeding to bottle discharge. The machine includes an automatic preform loader (feeder) that picks up preforms from the hopper, feeds them into the heating oven, then transfers them to the blowing station automatically. Only 1 operator is needed for supervision, mold changes, and quality checks.
