Q:Is your film compatible with my specific printer and ink type (Dye/Pigment)?

Yes! Our inkjet film is designed for Universal Compatibility. It works perfectly with all desktop and wide-format inkjet printers, including Epson (T-series, L-series, Stylus Photo), Canon, HP, and Roland. It is optimized for both Water-based Dye and Pigment inks. For the highest UV density (Dmax), we generally recommend using high-quality Dye ink.
Q:What is the difference between "Waterproof" (Micro-porous) and "Non-Waterproof" film?
A:
Waterproof (Micro-porous): This is our Best-Selling product. It uses a specialized micro-porous coating that absorbs ink instantly (Instant Dry) and won't smudge or become tacky in humid climates. It is the industry standard for professional screen printing.
Non-Waterproof: A more economical option for dry environments. The ink takes slightly longer to dry and can be sensitive to moisture.
Q:Can I get free samples for testing before a bulk order?
A:
Absolutely! As a Direct Manufacturer, we provide Free A4 Samples or small sample rolls for quality evaluation. You only need to cover the courier cost. Contact our sales team with your printer model and we will send the right film for your test.
