Q:What is the difference between Milky White and Transparent film?

Milky White Film has a slightly hazy, semi-translucent appearance. It is typically designed for better ink absorption and anti-halation (preventing light scatter during exposure). Transparent Film is crystal clear, which makes it easier to align graphics on the screen, though it requires high-quality coatings to maintain the same ink density. Both offer the same high-resolution results.
Q:Is this film compatible with both Dye and Pigment inks?

Yes! Our advanced nano-porous coating is engineered to work perfectly with both water-based Dye inks and Pigment inks. Whether you use an Epson desktop printer or a large-format plotter, you will get instant-dry, smudge-proof results.
Q:Can I achieve a high enough black density (Dmax) for screen printing?
A:
Absolutely. When used with high-quality inks and the correct printer settings (High Glossy/Best Photo mode), our film can achieve a Dmax of over 4.0. This ensures total UV blockage during the exposure process, resulting in crisp, clean edges on your screens.
Q:Is the film truly waterproof? What happens if it gets wet?
A:
Yes, our film features a Waterproof Coating. If water or moisture gets on the surface, the ink will not run or smear. You can even wipe it dry. This is a crucial feature for professional print shops where humidity or accidental splashes occur.
