Q:What is the structure of the FRP tank?
A:
It is made of filament wound fiberglass outer shell with seamless food-grade PE inner liner. The inner liner contacts water directly for safe drinking water treatment.
Q:What is working pressure and temperature?
A:
Standard working pressure: 150 PSI. Test pressure: 225 PSI. Working temperature range: 1-49 degree Celsius. Do not use for hot boiling water.
Q:What filter media can be filled inside?
A:
Compatible with quartz sand, activated carbon, ion exchange resin, manganese sand and other filter media.
Q:What is service life?
A:
10-15 years under normal working condition. Service life will be shortened under over-pressure, negative pressure or harsh water quality.
Q:Will FRP tank get rusty?
A:
No rust. No metal material inside. Please check chemical compatibility for strong acid or alkaline water.
