AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFujian Epolys Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2023 with 184 employees and two production lines. It provides ODM, 3D design, and multiple customization options, and reported new products during the past year. Its production equipment and six quality inspectors indicate established manufacturing resources, but finished-product inspection is performed by packing staff and there is no ongoing batch quantity reconciliation. The supplier reports quality assurance but has no supplier-management-system certification and lacks written procedures for service assessment, corrective actions, and complaint handling. It has inventory capability but no overseas warehouse or showroom, and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors. Financial information is inconsistent across the provided records, so credibility cannot be conclusively assessed.

CertificationsThe supplier reports no certification of management systems. Although it claims to have quality assurance in its quality-control processes, the absence of stated management-system certification means certification compliance cannot be established.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has inventory capability and accepts several service quotation and payment terms, but it has no overseas warehouse or showroom. It also lacks written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer-complaint handling, indicating a documented after-sales weakness.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports three years of total R&D engineer experience, provides 3D software design and ODM services, and had new products during the past year. These statements support active product-development capability, although no SDK is available.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, together with 3D software design services. The same capabilities are reported for both R&D and design services, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.
