Minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces for bulk production. Samples are available from 1 piece. Standard lead time is 30 days from drawing approval. Rush orders can be discussed depending on factory capacity.

Q:What types of temperature probe can be integrated with a heating element?

The most common probe types are NTC thermistors and bi-metal thermostat discs. NTC provides a continuous temperature signal for electronic controllers. Bi-metal thermostat switches on/off at a preset temperature for simpler designs. We integrate both types into the element assembly on a single flange or screw-in fitting. Specify probe type and resistance or switching temperature when ordering.
