AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryDongguan Homewei Furniture Co., Ltd. is identified as a professional furniture and technical supplier focused on sofas, sofa beds, chairs, beds, tables, and related home furniture. It provides 3D design, OEM, ODM, and multiple forms of customization, including design- and sample-based production. Quality-related procedures, raw-material traceability, corrective and preventive actions, and complaint handling are documented, although finished-product inspection is random and only one quality inspector is specifically reported in one slice. The supplier operates two production lines and has valid manufacturing contracts with affiliated subcontractors. Innovation evidence includes new products within the past year, but R&D engineer experience is reported as less than five years and no SDK is available. No certification information, overseas service infrastructure, in-stock capacity, or customer-specific case details are provided. Financial fields contain zero-reported values and should not be treated as...

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a professional technical supplier and is described as a furniture manufacturer and exporter with more than 10 years of sofa design, manufacturing, and export experience. Its offerings include sofas, sofa beds, chairs, beds, tables, and home furniture, with additional OEM and ODM capabilities.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports a clear procedure and implementation records for handling customer complaints, and its company description states that it provides after-sales service. However, no details are provided on response times, service coverage, spare parts, or resolution performance.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year and provides ODM services, indicating product-development activity. It lacks in-stock capacity, while finished-product inspection is random and one quality inspector is specifically reported, indicating production capability with some operational limitations.
