AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a limited company and factory in Changsha County, offering auto parts, truck parts, and bus parts. It demonstrates OEM service for well-known brands, inventory capability, quality assurance, and customization from samples or designs. However, the evidence shows weaknesses in documented management and development controls: corrective/preventive actions lack written procedures and records, complaint handling has procedures but no written records, supplier assessment procedures have no records, and R&D audit documentation is unavailable. The supplier does not provide 3D software design services, has had no new products in the past year, lacks an SDK, overseas agents, overseas warehouse, and overseas showroom, and has no valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors. Financial data is insufficient for a credibility judgment.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as a factory, a limited company, and a combined company type, located in Changsha County. Its stated product scope covers auto parts, truck parts, and bus parts, indicating a manufacturing-oriented automotive parts supplier.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services and uses CAD and 3DMAX, but does not provide 3D software design services, has had no new product in the past year, lacks an SDK, and has no available R&D design-input, output, review, verification, or validation documentation. This indicates some technical capability but insufficient evidence of strong innovation controls or recent innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a factory with inventory capability and states a one-month average lead time in both peak and off-season periods. It also has quality assurance, but lacks a valid contract with related subcontractors and has no documented records for its supplier-capability assessment procedure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier provides customization from samples and designs, offers ODM services, and provides OEM services for well-known brands. These statements explicitly support both design-based customization and branded OEM production.
