Q:Does the pump require lubricant?
A:
No vacuum oil is required for the oil-free rotary vane model. Oil-sealed models require oil, but it is not included in packaging due to customs regulations.
Q:What payment methods are accepted?
A:
We accept T/T in advance, Net 90 Days, Net 60 Days, 30 days after invoice, 60 days after invoice, 60% prepayment, and 30% T/T in advance with remaining 70% before delivery.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
The warranty is one year from shipment or installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship for non-consumable parts. Consumables and misuse are excluded.
