AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryBESEN INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED is identified as a manufacturer/factory in China, offering EV chargers, wallboxes, portable chargers, EV cables, and plugs. It reports broad customization capability, OEM service for well-known brands, inventory capacity, and documented procedures for corrective actions, complaint handling, and supplier-service assessment. Export activity is substantial, with 10 years of exporting experience and 90% of sales from exports. However, certification holding, quality assurance, traceability, manufacturing outsourcing controls, financial strength, and customer-case details are not sufficiently evidenced. The supplier has two R&D engineers and no available SDK, while overseas service infrastructure is limited because it reports no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or service countries.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a Manufacturer/Factory and a limited company based in Jiangsu, China. Its stated product scope covers EV chargers, wallboxes, portable chargers, EV cables, and plugs.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented procedures and records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, and reports one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season periods. It has inventory capacity and has attended CES 2024, but reports no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse or showroom, and zero countries with overseas services.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has two R&D engineers whose responsibilities include confirming customer requirements, designing new products, and providing technical support. However, it reports no available SDK, and no further innovation-performance evidence is provided.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a manufacturer/factory and reports inventory capability, but the quantity and size of quality-control test equipment is stated as zero. Traceability, quality assurance, outsourcing procedures, and manufacturing contracts remain unknown, so production capability is not fully established.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its R&D engineers are also responsible for product design and technical support, providing direct evidence of customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier reports providing OEM services for well-known brands and participating in the CES 2024 offline trade show. These statements indicate some market and customer exposure, but no specific customer names, project details, order outcomes, or verifiable case studies are provided.
