We can show you the original pack list, outgoing inspection report and other related documents issued by these manufacturers.

Q:Are you a factory? What kind of service do you provide?

Yes, we have a own factory with a team of employees in the field of Lithium batteries for over 20 years. We provide OEM, ODM service for battery packs. Quality is strictly controlled under ISO 9001: 2015.

Q:What certifications do you have?

We have obtained ISO 9001: 2015 for quality management system. And have CE, ROHS, CB, UN38.3, MSDS for several batteries. If for OEM battery packs, we can help customers do certification if there is a need.

Q:What is your lead time if I placed an order?

For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days after payment received. For thoese that we don't stock for the moment such as customized battery packs, the lead time is around 10-15 days.
