AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryExcar is a combined company offering manufacturing, service, quality control, export, and R&D capabilities. It holds ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications and reports 11 years of total R&D engineer experience. The supplier provides broad customization and ODM services, OEM services for popular brands, and has an available SDK. It reports inventory capability, valid manufacturing contracts with associated subcontractors, documented quality-assurance, complaint-handling, and corrective-action procedures. After-sales support includes technical support and exchangeable parts for e-z-go and club cars. However, it has no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches, has not participated in offline trade shows, and reports no new products during the past year. The provided slices do not establish sufficient evidence to assess financial credibility, production scale, or a broader customer portfolio.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company, with offerings covering general information, export trade, manufacturing, service, quality control, R&D, photos, and sustainable development. This indicates a broad supplier profile rather than a narrowly defined service-only entity.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certificates. These explicitly evidence quality-management and environmental-management certifications, supporting a positive assessment for certification holding.

After-Sales capabilityExcar states that it provides before- and after-sales services, technical support, and exchangeable parts for e-z-go and club cars, while also maintaining documented complaint-handling and corrective/preventive-action procedures. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch capability, which may limit localized support; overall, the explicit service mechanisms and support offerings demonstrate capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports valid manufacturing contracts with each associated subcontractor, inventory capability, one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season, documented supplier-assessment procedures, and quality assurance. These are explicit indicators of operational and manufacturing support capability, although production scale and capacity volume are not provided.

Customization capabilityExcar explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, flexible customization, and ODM services. It also reports OEM capability for popular brands, providing strong direct evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier specifically references supplying exchangeable parts and technical support for golf cars of e-z-go and club cars, and reports OEM services for popular brands. These references provide some evidence of relevant customer or brand experience, but the information does not identify detailed projects, quantities, dates, or a broader verified customer portfolio.
