What is the order procedure?

Provide box type, photos, inner size, and printing requirements. We supply a non-printing sample for fitting, then a pre-production sample for design checking. After approval, we send a Proforma Invoice for deposit. Production takes around 2-3 weeks, and we book shipment upon receiving the balance payment.

What design formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and EPS formats. PDF is preferred.

What payment terms do you offer?

We accept T/T (30% in advance, 70% before shipment), LC, PayPal, and Western Union.
