PBX means Private Automatic Branch eXchange. It is electronic equipment allowing multiple telephones to share CO lines and internal extensions, enabling free internal calls.
Q:What is a CO line?
A:
CO line refers to the telephone line provided by your local telecom company.
Q:What are Extensions?
A:
Extensions are ordinary telephones. Our PBX is compatible with analog telephones (2-wired) and supports digital phones (keyphones), though it only works with our specific digital phones.
Q:How to install the PBX?
A:
It is very easy. Connect the CO line to the CO line port and the telephone to the Ext. Port. Every extension can share the CO line to call out and make intercom calls for free.
Q:How to program the PBX?
A:
You can use a telephone to input the format according to the user manual. Some special models support PC software for programming. If you encounter program problems, contact us directly for remote technician assistance.
