Q:What are the payment terms?

T/T is accepted: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for amounts under USD 30,000. For amounts above USD 30,000, 30% T/T deposit and 70% irrevocable L/C at sight. Cash, Western Union, and credit cards are also acceptable.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery is within 7-30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the specific machine model.
Q:Do you provide installation and training services?
A:
Training can be done by agency dealers in some countries. If you request our engineer to dispatch to your country, you must cover all costs including flights, hotel, food, and salary (USD 100/day). Training at our factory is free.
Q:What is the production capacity and suitable material?
A:
The production capacity is 13-18 pieces per minute. It is suitable for materials with a weight of 200-300g/m2, such as PE coated paper or silicon coated paper.
