There is a 12-month guarantee for each Koten brand machine. Damaged spare parts can be changed for free within one year.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment for amounts under USD30,000. L/C: 30% T/T deposit, 70% irrevocable L/C at sight for amounts above USD30,000. Other methods like Western Union and credit cards are also acceptable.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery is within 7-30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the specific machine type.
Q:Do you provide installation and training services?
A:
Training can be done by agency dealers. If you request our engineer to dispatch to your country, you cover costs (flight, hotel, food, USD100/day salary). Training at our factory is free.
Q:How is the machine packaged?
A:
We use strong seaworthy wooden cases. Each machine is protected by anti-rusted oil and packed with desiccants.
