There is a 12-month guarantee for each Koten brand machine. Within one year, damaged spare parts can be changed for free.

Yes, we provide lifetime technical support online for all our machines.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For amounts under USD 30,000, 30% deposit via T/T and 70% balance before shipment. For amounts above USD 30,000, 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance via irrevocable L/C at sight. Cash, Western Union, and credit cards are also acceptable.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery takes 7-30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the specific machine model.
Q:Do you offer installation and training services?
A:
Training can be done by our agency dealer. If you request our engineer for on-site installation, you must cover flight, hotel, food, and salary costs (USD 100/day). Training at our factory is free.
