How do you make sure of the quality?

We have 3 nos of spectro PMI to check the raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products. We test the tank under required pressure before shipment.

If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

How do you ship the materials?

We always ship the tanks in container load, sometimes in less containe load. For pumps and accessories, we always ship them in LCL.

What is the nearest port?

We always ship the goods from Ningbo port.
