Do you provide spare parts?

We will provide some spare parts for you for free, in order to bring you some convenience to repair your LED display by yourself if some small problems with this LED display happened. We strongly suggest you to buy some additional spare parts, especially modules and receiving cards.

Is technical training available?

We assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory if customer needed. You can send your engineer to our factory for training about software operation, installation, maintenance, etc. We offer professional training for free.
