What is your production lead time?

Our production time is usually about 10-20 working days (depending on the design) after receiving payment and final artwork approval.

What formats of design drawings can we accept?

Adobe Illustrator files are preferred. We also accept PDF, PSD, PNG, and JPEG formats.

How about the sample policy?

We can give you 2 free samples but you need to cover the mold fee and shipping costs if the samples need to be delivered.

How much does one item cost?

We do not offer fixed unit prices, as the cost depends on several factors such as design size, level of detail, quantity, and technique. Once you send us your design, we'll provide a detailed quotation. Generally speaking, the more you order, the lower the unit cost. For example, a complex and large design may cost around $5 USD per piece.

Your artworks belong to you, and we would only use them for your orders. Your designs and molds won't be available or sold to other clients in the future. Your molds will be available for your use for up to 2 years.

Q:What is your MOQ for lapel pins?

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Please note that the more you order, the lower the unit price will be.
