AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFAME TOP INDUSTRIAL LIMITED is presented as a Zhejiang-based manufacturer specializing in plumbing and heating pipes, fittings, and related tools. The supplier reports more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, and product output across PPR, PEX, multilayer, PEX-AL-PEX, and PERT pipes. It holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and reports more than 30 product design patents in China. Its stated export history dates to 2005, with exports representing 41%–50% of sales. However, the available trade records show only one transaction for each of four listed products, all associated with one buyer, so customer depth and demonstrated transaction history remain limited. Evidence of after-sales processes, financial credibility, and customized manufacturing is insufficient.

Supplier typeThe supplier describes itself as a pipe and fittings manufacturer serving plumbing, heating, water, gas, and underfloor-heating applications. Its product range includes PPR, PEX, PERT, multilayer, PEX-AL-PEX pipes, brass fittings, press fittings, and related products, while the factory is located in Zhuji City, Zhejiang, China.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management-system certifications. These stated certifications provide direct evidence of formal environmental and quality management systems.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that it has more than 30 product design patents in China and maintains 6–10 R&D engineers. Its described product range includes multi-layer and EVOH pipe constructions, supporting evidence of product-development activity.

Production capacityThe supplier reports operating more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, and annual output of 2 million meters of PPR pipe, 20 million meters of PEX pipe, 18 million meters of multilayer pipe, 18 million meters of PEX-AL-PEX pipe, and 20 million meters of PERT pipe. This directly indicates broad product coverage and substantial stated manufacturing capacity.
