Q:Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer of all kinds of home refrigerators/coolers & commercial & home use ice makers. We are located in Ningbo, welcome to visit our factory to discuss about business development and cooperation.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

Basically our payment term is T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

Q:How long is your product lead time?

We generally ship the product within 3-40 days after the deposit confirmed for normal order. The lead-time could be longer depending on the order volume & seasonality.

Q:Is the sample free?

We welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost first, but once you confirm the order with certain volume, we will refund you sample fee immediately.

Q:What is your minimum order quantity?

Usually, we need 1x20GP or as specified in our product quotation.
