Full Thread Hex Bolt ISO 4017 DIN 933 Grade 8.8 Stainless Steel

Full thread (ISO 4017, trade alias DIN 933) is threaded from under the head to the end; partial thread (ISO 4014 / DIN 931) leaves a plain shank. Choose full thread when clamp length is short, when bolting into tapped holes, or when the joint needs maximum thread engagement against vibration loosening. Choose partial thread when the shank must carry shear load. Both follow ISO 898-1 property classes.

Carbon and alloy steel in 4.8 (400 MPa tensile), 8.8 (800 MPa tensile / 640 MPa yield), 10.9 (1,040 / 940 MPa) and 12.9 (1,220 / 1,100 MPa); stainless A2-70 (700 / 450 MPa) and A4-80 (800 / 600 MPa) per ISO 3506-1 for corrosive sites - classes 70/80 apply up to M24. Bolts are head-marked with the class and batch-tested per ISO 898-1 (stainless per ISO 3506-1); tensile and hardness reports accompany each lot.

Plain, zinc plated (Fe/Zn5-12), yellow zinc, hot-dip galvanized (HDG 45-85 um per ISO 10684) and black oxide; Dacromet on request. HDG suits humid coastal and Gulf outdoor projects; zinc plated fits indoor machinery; black oxide suits dry, oiled assemblies. Zinc-plated 10.9/12.9 lots are baked for hydrogen-embrittlement relief. Yes. Each shipment can carry EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates with heat number traceability, batch dimensional reports and mechanical test reports. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV before loading is available on request, and retained samples are kept for traceability after shipment.
