AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a China-based professional audio manufacturer with operations in Dongguan, Guangdong, and reported establishment dates of 2006 and 2010 in different records. Its stated product scope includes professional transducers, speaker cabinets, amplifiers, processors, horns, and related accessories. Evidence indicates a 7,500 m² manufacturing plant, 98 employees, advanced production and testing equipment, 10 R&D engineers, and ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications. The company reports cooperation with BOSE, Thoman, and Proel in developing models, as well as positive customer feedback regarding quality stability, reliability, and consistency. However, the records contain inconsistent legal/company names and entity classifications, and provide insufficient evidence regarding after-sales processes, financial credibility, and formal customization services.

Supplier typeThe records identify the supplier as a manufacturing-oriented company in the professional audio sector, with a Dongguan manufacturing address, a 7,500 m² plant, and products including transducers, cabinets, amplifiers, and processors. However, one record classifies the company as a trade company, while another identifies a limited manufacturing company, so the exact legal and operating classification is inconsistent.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications, and also describes a formally enforced quality management system. This provides direct evidence of certified quality and environmental management systems.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports dedicated R&D activity, 10 R&D engineers, advanced technology and testing equipment, development cooperation with materials and accessories manufacturers, and joint model development with BOSE, Thoman, and Proel. These details directly support meaningful product-development capability.

Production capacityEvidence supports in-house manufacturing of professional audio products, including a 7,500 m² plant, 98 employees, advanced production equipment, testing apparatus, and a broad product range. The supplier also describes established quality-control processes, indicating a substantive production operation.

Client casesThe supplier explicitly states that it cooperated with BOSE, Thoman, and Proel on new-model development, and reports positive feedback from local and overseas customers regarding stable quality, reliability, and consistency. These are direct customer-related references, although the records do not provide project details, dates, or independently verified case documentation.
