We are certified to ISO9001 quality management system. Fixed-tilt brackets comply with EN1090 and CE-CPR (with DoP Declaration of Performance). We can also apply for regional standards such as UL2703, AS/NZS upon project requirements. These documents satisfy customs clearance and project approval for Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and other markets. Relevant certificates can be provided for target markets.

Two mainstream materials: 6005-T5 aluminum alloy; hot-dip galvanized carbon steel / zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel. Standard fasteners are 304 stainless steel. Full-set 316 stainless-steel hardware is available as an upgrade for coastal high-salt-spray environments.

The designed service life is 25 years. Standard coatings are applied for ordinary inland conditions. For coastal and island sites with heavy salt spray, upgraded thickened coatings or Zn-Al-Mg material will be adopted to enhance corrosion resistance for seaside PV power stations.

Yes. Customization is available for ground-mount plants, rooftop systems, fishery-solar hybrid projects, mountain-site projects and carport systems. Once customers provide module dimensions, wind load, snow load and terrain conditions, we can complete solution design and drawing output.

Compatible with mainstream monofacial and bifacial modules on the market. Rail and clamp hole positions can be adjusted according to customer-supplied module length and width.
