Yes. We can customize various pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, and reducers according to customer drawings or dimensional requirements, and match surfacing alloy materials based on specific medium conditions.
Q:During on-site welding installation, how are the end bevels treated? Will it affect welding quality?
A:
Typically, the fitting ends are designed for "coating-free" joints: a certain length at the ends is left un-surfaced or the surfacing layer is machined off to expose the base material bevel, facilitating conventional on-site welding with straight pipes. Upon request, an end surfacing transition solution can also be provided to ensure the corrosion resistance of the on-site weld area is equivalent to the fitting's internal wall surfacing layer, avoiding a "weakest link" effect.
