High Reliability Leak Proof Component Constructed with PTFE Liner on Steel Pipe Spools

Our enterprise standard (Q/SH1020 2946-2022)is built on the national standard GB/T 26500, but specifically targets two industry pain points in oilfield manifolds: turbulence erosion and 90 right-angle weld corrosion. Our technical requirements are actually stricter than the national standard. We also reference HG/T 20538 for selection series, ensuring compatibility with existing oilfield pipelines.

Traditional manifolds come in too many types, with inconsistent diameters and complicated assembly. We have unified the pipeline diameter, riser spacing, well-pattern type, and valve assembly scheme, turning non-standard customization into standard modular combinations. On-site installation time can be cut by more than half, and maintenance only requires replacing a single module.

This is exactly our core process. We use one-piece molding for the single-header multi-outlet structure, with a continuous seamless PTFE lining. The entire manifold interior has no dead corners or leakage points, especially at the 90-degree angelfillet welds between the header and riser-completely solving the weak points of traditional coating anti-corrosion.
