Pre-Fabricated CS Steel Pipe Adopts Pipe Internal Weld Overlay

The steel pipeline weld overlay no-repair-joint technology refers to pre-welding a corrosion-resistant alloy layer of a certain width and thickness on the inner wall of the pipe ends, and then applying internal and external anti-corrosion treatment to the steel pipe. During on-site pipeline connection construction, the pipes are directly assembled and welded, and no internal repair joint is required after welding.

Because a corrosion-resistant alloy layer has been pre-welded on the inner wall of the pipe ends, the weld seam area forms a stainless steel internal anti-corrosion layer after welding. The internal anti-corrosion layer of the entire pipeline is continuous and effective with no weak points, so no internal repair joint is needed, effectively solving the problem of internal repair joints at dead openings.

This technology mainly solves the problems of internal anti-corrosion and internal repair joints at weld seams of steel pipelines, especially the problem of internal repair joints at dead openings.
