Smooth Bore Anti-Corrosion Pipeline Spool Lined by PTFE Inside Steel Pipes

Traditional manifolds come in too many types, with inconsistent diameters and complicated assembly. We have unified the pipeline diameter, riser spacing, well-pattern type, and valve assembly scheme, turning non-standard customization into standard modular combinations. On-site installation time can be cut by more than half, and maintenance only requires replacing a single module.

This is exactly our core process. We use one-piece molding for the single-header multi-outlet structure, with a continuous seamless PTFE lining. The entire manifold interior has no dead corners or leakage points, especially at the 90-degree angelfillet welds between the header and riser-completely solving the weak points of traditional coating anti-corrosion.

We use one-piece molding, so the PTFE bonds tightly to the steel body. PTFE itself has a friction coefficient of only 0.04 and extremely low surface tension, so media does not adhere or scale. It also handles a wide temperature range (-50 degree C to 150 degree C) and is inert to most chemicals and solvents, making it very stable in complex oilfield media.
