This configuration is 150kVA / 120kW at an output power factor of 0.8. Selection must consider both kVA and kW, starting current, nonlinear loads, future expansion and the required redundancy. The calculated rated output line current is about 227.9A at 380V under balanced three-phase loading. Share your equipment list and operating load; this figure is not a maximum input-current or cable-sizing value. PF1.0 versions can be quoted separately.

Is this a low-frequency online UPS, and what does the transformer do?

The series uses online double-conversion technology with a low-frequency output isolation transformer. In normal operation the rectifier supplies the DC link and the inverter powers the load; the matched battery supports the DC link during a mains failure. Transformer-based construction suits many industrial applications. Starting demand and load compatibility must be reviewed for your equipment.

Can you supply 380V, 400V, 415V or other three-phase voltages?

The product featured here is configured for 380V three-phase input and 380V three-phase output. Other three-phase input/output voltages can be customized for the destination. Tell us the required line-to-line voltage, 50Hz or 60Hz supply, neutral/earthing arrangement and load type. Each ordered UPS is built for its approved configuration; the listed 380V unit is not automatically a selectable multi-voltage unit.

Can you supply the UPS together with batteries for 30 minutes or longer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can quote a matched external lead-acid or LiFePO4 battery package. Options can be designed for controlled shutdown of around 10-15 minutes, around 30 minutes, or a requested 1-3 hours. Runtime depends on actual load, battery capacity, DC configuration, discharge conditions and aging allowance. We check charger compatibility and, for lithium batteries, the BMS and protection arrangement. Send the actual load in kW and required runtime.

Which protection and bypass functions are available?

The series provides overload, short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, low-battery and phase-loss protection functions, with local alarms. Static bypass and maintenance bypass are used for suitable transfer and service conditions. Protective thresholds, bypass synchronization, installation grounding and external circuit protection are checked against the ordered configuration. The maintenance bypass must be operated by qualified personnel.

How can operators monitor the UPS, and are remote interfaces available?

The LCD provides local operating status and audible/visual alarms. Tell us whether you need remote monitoring, a building-management connection or network supervision. Communication interfaces and any additional monitoring cards are confirmed in the quotation so you receive the correct protocol, ports and accessories. Optional interfaces are not assumed to be included in every standard unit.

The family covers 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 160, 200, 300, 400 and 500kVA. Parallel systems and redundancy arrangements can be proposed for larger projects. Parallel operation requires compatible units, controls, cabling and an approved system design; UPS outputs are not simply connected in series. Samples are available, with up to 50 units per sample order as listed. Other capacities have their own dimensions and weight. Export packing and shipment to the destination are arranged to the agreed requirements.
